• Description: Cursor Spotlight is a focused macOS utility that highlights your cursor with a halo, making it easier to follow during everyday work and when sharing your screen.

2. User Access and Permissions

• Permissions: No special permissions are required. Cursor Spotlight works without requesting Accessibility, Input Monitoring, Screen Recording, or other system permissions.

3. Features and Purchases

• Free Features: Cursor Spotlight includes core cursor highlighting functionality that you can enable or disable at any time.
• PRO Features: Upgrading to PRO unlocks additional customization, such as more halo styles, color options, click animations, and other advanced settings designed to make the cursor clearer and more expressive.
• In-App Purchases: The app may include a one-time purchase to unlock PRO features. There are no subscriptions unless clearly stated in the app.
• Refunds: All purchases are handled securely by Apple. If needed, you can request a refund through Apple's support at reportaproblem.apple.com.

4. Content Ownership and Usage

• Ownership of App Content: All intellectual property related to Cursor Spotlight, including its design, features, and branding, is owned by Bohdan Bilous. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

5. User Conduct

You are expected to use Cursor Spotlight responsibly and in accordance with these Terms of Use. Misuse, including attempts to reverse engineer the app or bypass licensing, is strictly prohibited.
